They’ve spent years learning mathematics, English and science, yet few have been taught how to communicate confidently, build healthy relationships, manage stress, make effective decisions, understand themselves or navigate the realities of a corporate environment (hello difficult conversations).

The transition into work, further study and independent life has never been more complex. Future Ready bridges that gap.

Over four weeks, school leavers develop the life and leadership skills that will serve them for decades to come. Participants build confidence, emotional intelligence, resilience, communication skills, professionalism, goal setting, self-awareness and practical strategies for navigating the next chapter of life.

This isn’t another careers program. It’s a launchpad for adulthood.

Young people leave feeling more confident in who they are, clearer about where they’re going and better equipped to make positive choices, whether that’s university, an apprenticeship, employment, entrepreneurship or something entirely different.
